LEAP is the Loakan Educational Assistance Project, a project on education and development.

As the series of pictures above portray, the focus is on the youth, particularly in developing countries, the Philippines in particular. LEAP is a project that embodies an advocacy of DJLF Charity Foundation and its members in the US, first and foremost, and other countries, including Canada and the Philippines, among others; a project in partnership with the Rotary Club of Metro Baguio and Ayala Foundation USA/Philippine Development Foundation.
